Purpose of site
Over my 30+ year career, I’ve had the privilege of leading remarkable teams within incredible organizations. The most fulfilling aspect of these experiences has been the friendships and deeper connections formed along the way. Through sharing stories, perspectives, wisdom, and advice, each person I’ve encountered has left a lasting impression, helping me grow continuously.
This realization has driven me to create this website. Understanding that none of us possess all the answers and that the greatest value in life stems from learning from one another, I envisioned this site as a forum for learning. Here, we can engage in broader discussions on a wide array of topics, aiming to create a space where everyone can learn something new. Additionally, this platform aspires to be a source of personal improvement, offering insights and guidance that can help us grow and develop in meaningful ways.
For my part, I will be open and candid in sharing insights and lessons I’ve gathered throughout my career and life. Thank you for joining me on the journey.
